Use the studio to make thoughtful work. Do not use it to harass, threaten, exploit, or deceive another person.
Keep it honest
Do not present AI work as live footage of real events, and do not impersonate other creators. Earthy's in-app made-with-AI label is not burned into downloads. When you publish elsewhere, use that platform's AI or synthetic-media disclosure tools whenever required.
Keep it safe
No medical or healing claims, no content involving minors in unsafe ways, and no non-consensual use of another person's face, voice, or private content. Contact support for an urgent safety concern.
