Common questions

How do credits work?
Credits are a prepaid balance you spend to make videos. Render cost varies with the format and options you select. The creation flow shows the exact credit price before you confirm. You can buy more any time from the Credits screen.
My purchase did not go through or credits are missing
Payments can take a moment to confirm, and we check again automatically until your credits arrive. If they still have not appeared after a few minutes, contact support with your receipt and we will make it right.
Can I get a refund?
Apple controls refund eligibility for iOS App Store purchases. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For a web purchase issue, contact support@earthy.tech. We review web requests under the terms and applicable law, but submission does not guarantee a refund.
How do I save a finished video?
Open the finished video and choose Download. On iPhone, the native app uses Save to Photos after you grant photo-library permission.
