Common questions

How do credits work?
Credits are a prepaid balance you spend to make videos. Each render costs a fixed number of credits, and the amount is shown before you confirm. You can buy more any time from the Credits screen.
My purchase did not go through or credits are missing
Payments can take a moment to confirm, and we check again automatically until your credits arrive. If they still have not appeared after a few minutes, contact support with your receipt and we will make it right.
Can I get a refund?
If a render fails, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. Within 14 days you can also ask for a refund of unused credits. Contact support and we will take care of it.
How do I share a video?
Open any finished video and tap Share. You get a link anyone can open, and the video is labelled made with AI so viewers know.
How do I report content or block a creator?
Open Legal and safety below to report content that breaks the rules or to manage the creators you have blocked. A human reviews every report.
