Content policy

What we will not render

Content that sexualizes or endangers minors, in any form. These requests are refused outright, spend nothing, and may be reported to the authorities.

Medical or healing claims, including frequency-healing claims. Earthy Studio is for inspiration and creative expression, not medical advice. Ideas phrased as a personal practice or feeling are welcome; claims of cure or treatment are not.

Hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually explicit content, and impersonation of real people or public figures without consent.

AI disclosure

Videos you create are labelled "made with AI" so viewers know. This label is on by default and meets EU disclosure rules.

Uploads and consent

When you upload footage you confirm: I have the right to use this footage, and I have consent from anyone whose face or voice appears in it. Do not upload a public figure or anyone who did not agree to appear.

Enforcement and appeals

A render refused by policy spends nothing; held credits are returned automatically. A published video that breaks policy can be taken down. You can appeal any takedown and a human will review it within 3 business days.
