Content policy

What we will not render

Content that sexualizes or endangers minors, in any form. These requests are refused outright, spend nothing, and may be reported to the authorities.

Medical or healing claims, including frequency-healing claims. Earthy Studio is for inspiration and creative expression, not medical advice. Ideas phrased as a personal practice or feeling are welcome; claims of cure or treatment are not.

Hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually explicit content, and impersonation of real people or public figures without consent.

AI disclosure

Earthy shows a "made with AI" label inside the app as creation context. It is not burned into downloaded files. When you publish elsewhere, use that platform's AI or synthetic-media disclosure tools whenever its rules or applicable law require it.

Uploads and consent

When you upload a photo you confirm: I agree that Earthy may send this photo to KIE.ai so KIE.ai can create and safety-check my video. This photo is mine to use. Everyone shown agreed to appear, and any child shown is my own or I am their legal guardian. Do not upload a photo of a public figure or anyone who did not agree to appear.

Enforcement and appeals

A render refused by policy spends nothing; held credits are returned automatically. Earthy can remove content from its service when it breaks policy. You can submit an appeal for an eligible takedown. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.
